We are Students (JH gr.6-8|SH gr.9-12) and Leaders who have dedicated time to Worship God, Open The Word, and Grow Together.


Not to mention have some fun along the way.


Journey Together Towards Knowing Christ

Summerside Youth meet on Wednesday Nights for Emmaus. Which comes from the story in Luke 24. A story of two men on the road to Emmaus after Jesus’ death, and unbeknownst to them, Jesus joins them on the trip. He shares with them about how all of Scripture points to Jesus, and as they all sit down to eat, they finally realize it was Jesus traveling with them all along.


This is a perfect model of what our discipleship and youth group needs to look like.

JOURNEY


We believe that our life as a follower of Jesus is a Journey. It is a life long, ongoing thing that takes effort, commitment and movement. We talk about how we need to look at where we are now, and again over time and see that we are moving in a direction that God is leading us.

TOGETHER


Our Journey was meant to be done in community. God created us and said it isn’t good for us to be alone. Students, Leaders, Parents, Jesus... are all taking this journey together. We celebrate our highs, and we share and walk through our lows. We Journey Together

KNOWING CHRIST

We have a destination, our Journey is not a life long trip to nothing. We have a purpose now and an endgame destination. Our destination is the Kingdom of God, but for right now we are on a journey to understand who Christ Was...Is...Did...Will Do. For us to grow not only in knowledge and understanding of Jesus, but to make it real, personal, and relational as well.

Our Weekly Youth Group

When: Wednesday, 7-9PM


Join us for our weekly Youth Group Nights (Emmaus) These gatherings are a time for worship, fellowship, and fun. Each week, we dive into relevant topics, engage in meaningful discussions, and enjoy games and activities that build community.


Both Junior High (JH) and Senior High (SH) meet on the same night. We do some things together and some apart. We are ONE Youth Group made up of TWO DISTINCT Groups.
