This week, we start a new three-week series called “OWN THE VISION”. The aim of the series is to help all of us get on the same page together in a shared understanding of who we are as a church. This means looking at our Mission, Discipleship, Vision, and Core Values. The outcome we are praying for is an increased sense of belonging, anticipation, and looking to what God has in store for us as a body. We are going to look at how our Mission Statement “Everyday Disciples Making Disciples Every Day” is built on the foundation of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. I can’t stress enough how important it is for us to have a firm grasp of this in order to better understand practical discipleship matters and our renewed core values. I’m excited to bring God’s word to bear on this series.
