In Psalm 96, we see that God is sovereign and that everyone will eventually bend their knees to His authority. As the Holman Concise Bible Commentary says, “The Lord God of Israel rules over all the earth, and all its peoples must bow to Him. This is the great missionary song of the Bible.”
