It is easy to love people who are “loveable”; people we feel sorry for; people who respond to our love with appreciation. Loving an enemy is a different story! They are mean; they retaliate instead of appreciate; they should be repenting for what they have done to us instead of receiving love from us. This week we are challenged to not just tolerate or endure our enemy, we are told to LOVE them.
