The Light That Brings Us Peace – Galatians 4:4-7

As we continue week 2 of our Advent series, we step into a theme everyone talks about but almost no one can hold onto: Peace. Galatians 4 doesn’t give us shepherds or stars; it brings us backstage and shows us the “why” of Christmas, the moment God moved with a precision no human story could ever script. Paul points us to a world stumbling through shadows, to people lost by their own attempts to find peace, and then to a Son who walks straight into the mess. In this passage the timing is perfect, the mission costly, and the destination far better than anything we would have chosen.
