Two people. Same room. Same Jesus. Completely different hearts. One is respected, religious, and certain of himself. The other carries a reputation she can’t hide. Yet by the end of the story, it’s clear who actually sees Jesus for who He is. Luke 7 confronts us with a simple question, both inside and outside of a parable. And it’s this: what does grace produce in a person who truly understands how much they’ve been forgiven?
