Summerside Community Church is the church that Tyler grew up in, and it is the place where God first captured and called him to ministry. In 2014, Tyler graduated from Briercrest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry, where he focused on Biblical Studies, Youth Culture, and Adolescent Psychology and Counselling. Tyler recently graduated with a Masters of Theological Studies from Heritage College and Seminary.
Tyler and his wife Christy have been married since May 2017, and had their first daughter, Quinn, in 2022.
Tyler enjoys cooking, golfing, games of all varieties (board, lawn, video), photography, videography and graphic design, he knows way too much about superheroes and loves all things TV and movies.
