SummersideEXPLORE is a class that takes place @ noon on a Sunday. This is an introduction to who we are, and what we’re all about. It’s a great way to connect with other people, hear more about our mission, staff, programs, and philosophy of ministry. SummersideEXPLORE takes place every few months. There is no better way to be a part of this family here than to join a Community Group. We have a mix of different groups that meet at different times, but they all have one purpose: to work out what it means to be ‘God’s People’. This is where the rubber meets the road. Community Groups are small groups of people (8-12) who meet throughout the week to grow together, pray, apply the gospel, encourage, and challenge one another. Church is not a spectator sport. Summerside does not exist to serve you and make you comfortable. We exist to glorify God, make disciples, and share the love of Christ. We want you to find the place where your gifts and abilities can be used to point people to Jesus. Whether that’s here in a volunteer capacity or in your work-place or neighbourhood, our desire is to help you grow, develop, and be released to engage the mission for which God is calling you. Become a member! Find a place to serve! Be active in your Community Group as you reach out together. Life is too short to live it for yourself.
